The “Young Service Steward Program” follows the aims of the EU Youth Strategy to engage NEET youth 25-29 in meaningful civic, economic, social and cultural participation and to empower them to take charge of their own lives through engagement in quality youth work.

Young Service Steward Program
Activities
The Young Service Steward Program provide support to NEETs aged 25-29 by a 360° competence upgrade in a blend of digital skills, counselling, and employment in a flexible delivery system.
With this support the involved NEETs will become more competent, more motivated, and will find their place and role in local communities.
Counselling support
All together 10 hours personal counselling for each involved NEETs.
Competence development
Onsite digital competence development and life-skills training programs in three different topics.
Community service employment
Working opportunities with personal mentoring to the involved NEETs.
