The Young Service Steward (YSS) program, initiated in 2021, aims to support individuals not in education, employment, or training (NEET). Thanks to the EEA Grant, the YSS Project has already made significant strides in upgrading life skills, digital skills, and fostering engagement in local communities.
The YSS Project goes beyond local programs, extending its impact through an online digital competence development campaign in Spain, Romania, and Hungary. This campaign provides e-learning opportunities to young people, helping them develop essential digital competencies. The program follows a work-life approach with three levels:
Level 1 (modules 1-4)
Focuses on foundational skills for individuals seeking employment.
Level 2 (modules 1-5)
Prepares learners for the workplace, offering intermediate-level content.
Level 3 (modules 1-6)
Provides advanced skills beneficial to job seekers seeking additional competencies valued by employers.
